About Pamela

For more than three decades, I’ve had the honor of guiding individuals—executives, artists, caregivers, and those facing life’s greatest challenges—through transformative journeys of healing, self-discovery, and creative renewal.

My path began as a singer and arts journalist, but a profound personal loss led me to turn inward, seeking deeper sources of healing. This search opened doors to ancient energy practices like Reiki and Johrei, meditation, and intuitive development—modalities I’ve woven together into a uniquely holistic approach.

Alongside my healing work, I’ve spent much of my life as a writer and traveler, sharing stories from diverse cultures and traditions. These journeys have deepened my understanding of how healing, beauty, and the human spirit transcend boundaries. As an interfaith minister, I recognize that spiritual growth is as much about the heart and soul as it is about the body and mind. Whether in one-on-one sessions or small circles, I honor the unique beliefs and paths of each person, creating a safe space for authentic connection and transformation.

My work has also been enriched by studying with respected meditation teachers and healers around the world, deepening my understanding of the many ways we can access the healing forces within us.

I believe true healing happens when we honor every dimension of our being:

Body – Releasing pain and reconnecting to presence.
Mind – Illuminating the patterns that limit us and discovering new pathways forward.
Spirit – Reconnecting with our deepest essence and creative spark.

Over the years, I’ve developed my signature Deep Immersion Healing™ process and Soul Readings, blending these strands into a practice that is both gentle and profound.

My work has included serving as an energy practitioner at hospitals and wellness centers—like Gilda’s Club NYC (Red Door Community), the Manhattan Center for Living, and Mount Sinai Beth Israel Hospital in New York City.

I also offer one-on-one sessions and workshops to support a vast range of needs, including those in crisis, to find hope and resilience.

I adore working with creative professionals—especially performing artists, speakers, and those whose voices carry a message—to help them overcome blocks and fully embody their unique presence.

In addition to my healing work, I draw on my decades of experience as a writer and editor to support people who want to bring their creative projects to life. I have helped many authors develop books from concept to publication—blending practical strategy with intuitive insight to unlock deeper layers of meaning and resonance in their work.

My ministry is not a building—it’s a living practice of meeting each person in the unique space of their journey. Whether I’m working with cancer patients, artists, or spiritual seekers, I strive to create a compassionate and non-judgmental space where healing can bloom.

🌸 I invite you to explore my offerings and see how this work might support your own journey to healing, expression, and creative growth.

QUESTIONS OFTEN ASKED

  • A Quantum Healing session involves Reiki and guided meditation to help you completely relax. Many people fall asleep. Some people feel tingly or energy coursing through their body. Some people feel a little teary because they feel touched by connecting to something deep inside themselves. Most people feel entirely refreshed afterwards.

  • From an expanded state of consciousness, I am able to discern images in your chakras that reflect emotional patterns. I am also very senitive to people’s “guides” and help them connect. I don’t foretell the future but I am sensitive to patterns of energy. It’s a basic truth that if you don’t transform those patterns, they will eventually manifest in your life. At times, I act as a translator for departed relatives. But everything is done within the backdrop of healing.

  • I don’t consider that I heal anybody of anything. I do create the environment that allows people to connect with their own Inner Healer. My work has revealed to me the complex reasons behind why we get sick. My work gently helps people uncover those tendencies, embrace them with love, and ultimately release them. If done early enough in the process, amazing so-called “miraculous healings” can take place, but it is only miraculous if you don’t understand the truth that our body, mind, and spirit are indivisibly connected. I have also witnessed profound healings of the heart and spirit at the moments right before death. This inner balance and connection we are all seeking is always available.

  • People who are undergoing serious health challenges often work with me over a period of time. As they see improvement, they are inspired to continue. Others gain a great deal from one session, especially the Soul Reading. We can discuss your specific situation when we meet and leave it open. You will know what is right for you. It also depends on whether you are ready to shift.

  • Since the pandemic, I mostly hold sessions over Zoom. They have proven to be just as effective, if not more so, than an in-person session. I also record the session for you. Many people choose to lie down for the session but sitting up is perfectly fine, and in some cases, preferable, if you want to avoid falling asleep. Even if you fall asleep, you will still receive the good results of the work.

  • It’s good to eat something before a session so you don’t become uncomfortably hungry. But do avoid a heavy meal. It’s always important to drink water before and after a session.

  • For a Zoom session, I ask that you have headphones with a mike. I also prefer to see you on screen so hopefully you can pitch the angle of your computer screen appropriately.

You may want to lie down and sit up at various times during the session.

  • I hold a weekly Zoom workshop on Tuesdays at 2 pm for Red Door Community (formerly know as Gilda’s Club), in New York City. You don’t have to live in NYC, but the organization is for cancer survivors and caregivers. All services are free. Discover how to become a member at www.reddoorcommunity.org

Once a month, I also hold a live Reiki gathering for Red Door members.

All Red Door services are free once you become a member.
